Biker, Diver, Life-lover, Father — and, somewhere in there, author of five books.
About
Who I am
I'm a Ukrainian entrepreneur and the founder of PET Technologies — a company that manufactures industrial PET packaging equipment. I built it from the ground up without outside capital, ran it for over twenty years, and grew it to export to more than 60 countries.
A few years ago, I stepped out of daily operations. Not to retire, but to write down what 25 years of business and 11 years of personal practice had taught me. That work became five books, a methodology I call the Happiness System, and a quieter life spent writing, speaking, and mentoring.
Born in Chernihiv, currently living in Kyiv. Father, biker, diver, and still deeply curious. I regularly speak to business communities across Ukraine and Europe, and I mentor a small number of founders each year.

Books
Five books. One project.
I don't publish what I haven't lived. Each book waited until the practice was real.
The Happiness System
Happiness is a skill. What you train, develops. The book that started everything. A method anyone can test in 90 days.
The Art of Fasting
A deeper companion to the first book on fasting. What a decade of daily practice actually teaches you about appetite, control, and what we really need.
Don't Push Too Hard
The hardest book to write. About stepping back from what you’ve built. For those who can’t let go, and the price they pay.
Personal Branding: The Path to Self-Discover
In his new book Personal Branding: The Path to Self-Discovery, Oleksandr Suvorov approaches the topic of personal branding as something far deeper than publicity, recognition, or a presence on social media.

A Psychiatrist on Happiness: Why the Brain Is Against You Being Happy
What is happiness from a psychiatric perspective? It turns out that our brains are evolutionarily wired for survival, not for joy. They seek out danger, fixate on the negative, and resist happiness—not because they want to harm us, but because that’s how we’ve survived for thousands of years. But there’s good news: happiness is a skill that can be cultivated.
How does mentoring change entrepreneurs’ lives?
Mentoring isn’t about tools—it’s about meaning and direction. I work exclusively with business owners: we analyze the situation, develop a plan, and explore broader issues—such as workload, balance, and life in general.
“Philosophical Borsch” | Serhiy Forkosh
This conversation is about philosophy—not as a theory, but as a way of life. It covers happiness and joy, health and sports, money as a resource for time, relationships, books, photography, freedom, mindfulness of the world, and the search for one’s own meaning.
